Champions League criteria:

Automatic bids:

Regular season 1st and 2nd place

 

Qualifier bids:

Regular season 3rd and 4th place, plus playoff winner.

 

Note: If playoff winner is the same as one of the top 5 regular season finishers, last qualifier will go to regular season 6th place .

 

Regular season criteria:

Point system -- 1 point for Division 1 win, 3/4 for Division 2, and 1/2 for Division 3
